ANNOUNCEMENT: ACF Fall at Rutgers-Newark - 11/04/06

The Rutgers-Newark Academic Team is proud to announce that the Upper Mid-Atlantic incarnation of ACF Fall 2006 will be held at our campus on November 4, 2006.

Fees and Discounts:
Base Fee: $100
Buzzer Discount (max. 2 per school): -$10
Qualified Moderator Discount: -$10 (only if we use them)
Multiple Team Discount: $80 per additional team
First-timers: $80 (per team)
Travel Discount: 200+ miles: -$15
350+ miles: -$25
[MapQuest will be relied on for the mileage values.]
Minimum Fee Per Team: $60

As usual, Registration will begin at 8:15, with matches beginning ideally by
9:15. If you are arriving by train to Penn Station, there is a very cheap light rail train (moniker = “city subwayâ€

Princeton A and Rutgers both lost to each other once, and decided that they would rather explore the city of newark than play another edge-of-your-seat round. They did just that. So the tournament was a draw (for those keeping track).

Are stats going to be posted? We didn't get to see them during the tournament.

keep in mind that the home team did not participate in the playoffs, and that cornell left after playing one round of the playoffs (there were three playoff rounds) - hence the funkiness of the stats.
