RESULTS: Speedway Shootout (10/21/06) @ Robinson HS(NC)

Not everything will fit in the subject line, but I did the best I could.

Robinson High School in Concord, N.C. will host the first Speedway Shootout on Saturday, October 21st. This will be a modified four-quarter format:

1st quarter: lightning round - negs for incorrect answers
2nd quarter: team-directed questions
3rd quarter: team worksheet
4th quarter: tossup round

Tentatively, registration will be $55 for the first team and $50 for additional teams with discounts for buzzers and moderators (call or email for details). Additionally, any teams that attend the Speedway Shootout will receive a registration discount for our February tournament, the Robinson Invitational.

We'll take registrations until October 16 - the cap is still 18 as of now, but if demand is sufficient we may raise it.
