Hello all!

I'm excited to announce that us at the MSU quizbowl team will once again be hosting our Spring academic tournament for the state of Mississippi! The tournament is scheduled to take place on March 23rd in Allen Hall. The tournament is open to all high school students within the state, and the top 20% of teams will also qualify for the PACE National Scholastic Championship in Washington DC on June 8th.

The Field cap is currently 16, but subject to change depending on interest and staff availability. Each school may submit up to two teams, with four players and two alternates each.

Rules
The tournament will use the standard NAQT rule set, which is linked below. Powers and negs will affect score, no bounce-back bonuses. Matches will not be timed.
