JP Stevens Bird Hole III - Online, March 10 (Date Moved), 2024 (MOQBA Novice II)

JP Stevens is excited to announce Bird Hole III, a novice tournament which will take place on Discord, on March 9th, 2024 (The date has changed). The packet we will be using is MOQBA Novice II (viewtopic.php?t=26989) and the field is currently capped at 24 (may be increased if there enough interest). The tournament is going to cost $70 for the first team and $60 for any additional teams. Discounts for team-affiliated staffers will be $15 dollars. Please note that as this is a novice tournament, we request that teams made up of experienced players do not attend. (Read the eligibility rules below.) The minimum fee per team will be $40 and the date to drop teams will be February 14th 2024. Teams that drop after this date will be expected to pay $40 per team.

The preferred payments method are Venmo or Zelle. More information about how to pay for the tournament, along with the schedule will be given closer to the date.

Eligibility:
All novices attending must meet the following eligibility restrictions:
they have not scored 50 ppg or more at any high school tournament
they have not scored 50 ppg or more in a team that has placed in the top 25 of any year of MSNCT
they have not played on a team that has reached either playoffs of any year of HSNCT or the top half of any year of PACE

The TD reserves the right to remove players who do not meet these requirements. If you feel that a potential player could be classified as a novice despite the eligibility requirements, contact [email protected].
