My quiz bowl coach wants us to study physical science, biology, and the Middle East (history, geo, politics)

I would definitely suggest Ankis. I also have a geography game on my phone that helps with capitals, border outline, location, etc. For science, try researching specific topics (earth science, quantum physics, etc.) and also things like reading science books gradually helps you.

I would suggest looking at most of the pages here. I would strongly suggest reading this page in particular if you want to get better at science.
