QBNotify for Sets

Not sure if this idea has been suggested before, but someone should make a version of QBNotify that emails you (or notifies you, or whatever) whenever a new set is posted to https://quizbowlpackets.com/.

(Not me though, I have too many qbreader features to build and control too much quizbowl software already...)
