Was this really just a 7-game RR with no finals played?

A team showed up late that caused the schedule to run a little behind. The initial plan was to have playoffs to give teams 3 more rounds, but after discussing it with all the teams, they were happier to leave after prelims. Obviously not ideal, but the coaches were happy to end the tournament then.
