Zelda Packet

Post by Ehtna »

I wrote 20 tossups on the Legend of Zelda series that I will tentatively be reading on the Quizbowl Discord server some evening during the week of January 10th. I'll have a more exact time and date in the near future.

The tossups all involve clues from the mainline Zelda games, some of the side games, and various Zelda-related media. There will be no clues or questions pulling from the CDI games. In terms of difficulty, "hard" is probably the best description; if you want a quizbowl difficulty comparison, it is probably most similar to ACF Regs. Almost every question should be convertible by anyone who has played a few Zelda games before.

I tried to keep a somewhat even balance of clues and questions for each of the main series games. That being said, it will be clear that I like some of the games more than others.

Thanks to everybody who came out to play this! Brandon Jones won the packet reading with a very impressive 140 points.

The packet has been posted to the archives under the impromptu title "Master Quest." Here is the link if you want a shortcut.
