I started writing a vanity packet for Festivus this year on French Visual Fine Art (and some adjacent art/artists) from 1830 to 1930. I like this subject a lot and as I've been writing down question ideas this week, I believe I could make about 100 tossups (if not more). I thought this may be fun for a side event perhaps - 5 packets of 20 tossups each. I could get this done by Nationals season I believe.
Before I were to fully write this set, I wanted to see if people, well, would want to play through a side event on this very niche area, or if I should leave it for more of a Festivus/Discord packet reading event. Regardless, I plan on writing all these questions eventually, so if they're not in a full set, then you'll see them at Festivus, Discord packet readings, or perhaps other sets? Let me know what you all think!

I'd play it as a side event.

Since the response for this was split, I'm going to make a packet for Festivus and then use feedback from that to make a set this year.
Since I am hypothetically adding another packet here, I am going to broaden the scope a little to include artists who may have studied or interacted in France during the time period.

Con: This set will not be here this summer.
Pro: I am turning this into a fuller set similar in vision to Jordaens in that it will cover a much broader scope of art. In particular, I am going to try and make this a "visual fine arts set" that includes visual components of OFA such as movies, photography, dance, etc. I'll elaborate on this with a post in the future!
