Michigan Middle School State Championship (March 21st, Novi, MI)

Academic Team Coaches:

It is my pleasure to announce the Michigan Middle School State Championship Tournament that will be held Saturday, March 21st 2020 at Detroit Catholic Central High School’s campus located at 27225 Wixom Road, Novi, MI, 48374.

The tournament will be using the NAQT MS-34 set. The questions are intended for middle school players through grade 8. Each game will feature two halves with ten questions. The top finishers will qualify for the NAQT Middle School National Championship Tournament (MSNCT), May 8-10, 2020 in Chicago, IL.

Tournament bracketing and playoff format will be determined once a clearer picture of the size of the field is obtained.

The fee structure is as follows:
• $75 cost for the first team
• $10 discount for each additional team ($65 for 2nd, $55 for 3rd, etc.)
• $10 discount per buzzer (limit 2)
