Announcement: new subforum for practices, online packets, and playtesting

Hi everyone,

We've created a new subforum for practices, scrimmages, online "random packets," and playtesting. If you're planning to post an announcement for summer practices, an online packet, or playtesting for an upcoming event, that's now the place to do it.

This forum is located under the "collegiate and open" header, but you should look for (and announce) all open practices, online packets, and playtesting there.
