Ways to reach for quiz bowl teams?

Hi everyone, I am wondering if you have any good methods for reaching high school and collegiate quiz bowl teams. Is there a list of any emails for these teams? Are there good magazines or sites to advertise on?

I'm probably not reading the directions correctly, but how does one sign up for this? I've submitted the form and e-mail on several occasions, but may have e-mailed the wrong person.
