Hello all, this is an announcement thread for an online EMACS mirror. I'm TDing this mirror. Information about the set can be found here. This tournament will take place on Sunday, October 1st. The format of this tournament will be triples; a format will be finalized closer to September as registrations come in and a field cap is solidified (which will require also solidifying staff availability). Here is a team formation spreadsheet. To finalize a registration, please email me at youngflee99 at gmail dot com with your roster. The fee for this tournament will be $10 per player. Part of the proceeds from this tournament will be donated to the Electronic Frontier Foundation. Payment details will be finalized and made clear around the date of the tournament.

With the tournament coming up next weekend, we're going to set the field cap at 12 teams, with 10 teams currently listed on the team formation spreadsheet. We welcome last minute signups, and hope to fill out the field.

We just wrapped up the tournament. Congratulations to I thought this was a Counter-Strike themed tournament (Albert Zhang, Andrew Szeto, and Geoffrey Wu) and Why does ACF have electrons do its work? (Michał Gerasimiuk, Stephen Eltinge, and Olivia Murton) for tying in playoff record (4-1) at the end of the tournament and jointly winning the tournament. The stats reports can be found here, with this being the combined stats for the whole day and a good place to see who the overall top scorers were. (Keep in mind that each top bracket team's overall record includes 1 crossover game during playoffs that is not included in their playoff record and thus excluded from their overall placement.)

Anderson will announce when the set is fully clear (we're waiting on ruling out the possibility of another mirror). I hope everyone had a great time!
