Fall Open at Stanford, 11/16

Stanford will be mirroring Fall Open ("approximately halfway between 'regular difficulty' and Chicago Open") on November 16, 2019. For more information about the question set, check out the original announcement: viewtopic.php?f=8&t=22134

This is an open tournament, so anyone is welcome to play. I've made a team formation spreadsheet here: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/ ... sp=sharing

Free agents are welcome to add themselves to the list, but send me an email ([email protected]) if you would like to register a team and I'll enter that into the spreadsheet myself.

The price structure is as follows:
Base fee: $130 ($50 minimum)
Buzzer discount: -$5 per working buzzer system
Distance discount: -$10 per 200 miles traveled one-way
Approved moderator discount: -$15

The Stanford club is also imposing a 50% discount for solo teams (applied before other discounts). For Fall Open, this means the base fee is $65 for solo players.

I've updated the field; we're at 5 teams right now, hoping to get a 6th!

UPDATE: We've found a 6th team, so unless there's enough interest to gather 2 more teams, I'll close the field.

Congratulations to Rational Dress League (Neil/Anderson/Ryan/Mike) for winning Stanford's mirror of Fall Open! They beat Stanford+ (Natan/Marianna/Stephen/Nathan) in a thrilling one-game final. Thanks to all teams who came out to play!
