NASAT + Side Events at MIT (July 29, 2017)
Hello, everyone! I am pleased to announce that MIT will be hosting a Northeast mirror of NASAT on Saturday, July 29, 2017. More information about the set can be found in the main announcement at http://www.hsquizbowl.org/forums/viewto ... =2&t=19239.
FEES:
+$80: each team
-$5: each buzzer set provided. In order to receive this discount, the buzzer system must be fully functional.
-$15: each volunteer staffer provided.
Minimum fee of $40 per team
PAYMENT: Teams may pay either in advance or on the day of the tournament. Either cash or check is acceptable; please make checks out to Clare Keenan. If you require an invoice or other paperwork prior to payment, please let us know as soon as possible.
REGISTRATION: We will initially cap the field at 6 teams and will expand as staff become available. In order to register for this tournament, please email ALL of the following information to me at [email protected]:
1. Team Name + (tentative) Roster
2. Cell phone number at which you can be reached on the day of the tournament.
3. The number of buzzers and staffers you are intending to bring.
4. Any side events you want to play. We will probably run the 1 or 2 most popular depending on interest and available staff.
Although expressions of interest in this forum are appreciated, the only official means of registration is by emailing the above information to me. Registering teams should receive an email of confirmation within a day or two.
