CANCELED: Oxford American Tournament @ UTK 4/15/17

Hello everyone,

The University of Tennessee-Knoxville will be hosting a mirror of the Oxford American Tournament on April 15, 2017. See this thread for more details on the set. This will be an open tournament but I will almost certainly need outside staffers to help run it, so please let me know if you're nearby and are willing to do so. Because of this, I'm going to set a cap of 8 teams for the time being.

The tournament will most likely be held in Ayers Hall. To register, email me at jlee175 at vols.utk.edu, and let me know the number of teams, buzzers, and moderators you are bringing, as well as a phone number in case I need to contact your team. Please pay by cash or check on the day of the tournament (or mail checks to us beforehand).

Fee structure:
Base fee: $100 per team, $40 minimum
Buzzer discount: $10 per working buzzer set
Approved moderator discount: $20 per approved moderator
Travel discount: $10 per 200 miles traveled, one way, determined by Google Maps

I'm canceling this tournament. May host it sometime during the summer, but not sure on that at the moment.
