Upon hearing he went to Ladue, the Rockford-Auburn coach asks if he knew Max. "Oh wow, was your hair lighter then? I didn't recognize you." Yeah, that's totally how his hair was different.

The more you think you are saving PACE or NAQT (or even yourself) money, like Ashvin and Yale's ICT story, the more trouble you'll get into.

Max is horrified. He has to present at the coaches meeting tonight, and he just realized his entire philosophy is "Fuck bitches, get powers." Unfortunately, Fred said not to say anything stupid. He did choose Max for this speech, though.

We sit at the place where, a year ago, Max ate Chipotle alone and wept. I'm here for you, Max.
Max now claims he wasn't weeping. "there was something in my eye" Don't be afraid of your emotions, Max.

Max realizes that, as a staffer, he should probably be helping out instead of trying to find people to hang out with.

I was fully under the impression that you had a hotel room assigned on Thursday because of discussion regarding your taxi to the hotel that night. Among my various shortcomings, I would like to say this is not one of them.

Given the minimum dimensions of a sukkah and the requirement that at least part of the roof should be permeable to the rain*, this would seem rather difficult.

*The oft-cited claim that one must be able to see the stars is apparently a myth; it is rather the case that one should build a sukkah in such a manner but that if one already has a sukkah that has a roof that does not permit this it is still a kosher sukkah.
