Modern World Tournament Playtesting

Post by naan/steak-holding toll »

With the Modern World Tournament roughly 85% complete, Kirk, Nick, and I are reasonably confident that we can complete the tournament by the end of the month.

Playtesting will begin on Monday, April 14th at 9PM EST.

If you don't think you can make it to PACE NSC or HSNCT to play and would rather not wait for a small online mirror over the summer, please post in this thread to indicate interest. We'd really appreciate the help.

Thanks,

Will

I'm a junior in HS who's decent at CE and the like. I'd be interested in playtesting, definitely.

Assuming this works for people, playtesting will begin on Monday, April 14th at 8PM EST. We will be starting with the US content.

I am unable to do this as exams at my school start on April 9th and go for three weeks. If anyone needs me to playtest after April 28th or so, then I can do it.

I've moved the time until 9, but other sessions will probably begin at 8.

Kirk's decided to change the playtesting format to simply playtesting completed packets - we're going to see how well this works.

We will be doing playtesting over Skype if possible - those interested should PM me their skype contact information, and I will PM you back with the name of the IRC channel we will use as backup in case Skype doesn't work out.

The next playtesting session is scheduled for next Tuesday at 8PM. If people would prefer, we could push it back to 9PM like this week's Monday session.

IIRC, people thought playtesting tomorrow worked?

If so, sounds good to me, but I'd also prefer an earlier time in the day (like 7 PM or something) so I can sleep earlier.

Tournament is coming up - we should try to finish the rest of the packets in two sessions?

I'm busy this Sunday, so would people be up for doing this Saturday night?
