I think NAQT has some sort of rule against this, though I could be wrong.

Aargh. I just read that on the NAQT site here:

http://naqt.com/security-responsibility.html

Out of curiosity, does this include hard copies of questions for teams from tournaments? I was going to give them out on that date, but I completely forgot. In either case (and I apologize for overlooking this if this is indeed an issue,) I sent a second email alerting coaches to my error and to remind them of keeping question security.

You are free to hand out hard copies to the teams that attend your tournament.

In general, we discourage the electronic distribution of questions (primarily because it is more likely for an electronic copy to compromise question security). Nevertheless, there are number of situations where electronic copies of packets are the best (or indeed only) option- notably hosts who wish to reduce printing costs by running paperless tournaments and sets that are completed shortly before the first tournament that uses them.
