Good to know that 3-1 is a consensus.

Wikipedia is the Internet's Calvinball.

How long does it take for wikipedia to get corrected? I edited an article about two weeks ago; i inserted the word "Fish" just randomly in one of the articles. So far, nobody has caught it yet and its stil lthere. I thought there are people editing wikipedia all the time?

It depends on how often said page is visited. A page on Isaac Newton will get fixed pretty fast, but an article on something more obscure (species of snail, old television character, etc) make take longer.

Pro-tip: If you want your edit to stay up longer, have a friend put [citation needed] after your edit. That way, the bystander effect will take hold and nobody will even look at your edit until its too late. Using this method, I was able to change history for a total of three weeks and say that Kath Soucie's portrayal of Linka on Captain Planet was so moving, it caused Gorbachev to dissolve the Soviet Union.

Wait, that's a hoax? Damn you, Eaton, that was in my master's thesis.

For a long time there was a photo of Yahpe under an article on a Romanian ping-pong player, or something.

I found this when I was actually researching ping-pong players' profiles, and it freaked me out.
