Apparently we haven't been an official student organization the last couple years since we don't have a constitution on file...hasn't stopped us from reserving rooms and spending money and whatnot, but we're now being forced to make one. Anyone have a copy of theirs they'd be willing to offer up as a model? We just don't really know where to start from scratch. Email me at [email protected] if you can help. Thanks.

You should also check the student orgs advisors for information on how to write your charter. They should have some charters of other recognized clubs on file.
