[Kino Noir]

UGA Quizbowl will host a mirror of ARCADIA on November 20, 2021. This tournament's difficulty will be between that of ACF Winter and Regionals, further information on the set can be found here. The field for this tournament is 14 teams. Kota Roberson will be directing this tournament. Registration for this tournament is now closed.

Fees and Payment
Base Fee: $110
-$10 for each working buzzer set
-$20 for each capable staffer (all staffers will be expected to bring laptops).
-$40 for new schools (have not played a college tournament since before September 1, 2020)
-$50 for shorthanded teams (those with 1 or 2 players)
Minimum Fee: $50

Rules and Guidelines
This tournament will use ACF’s gameplay rules with their addendum for the inclusion of powermarks, and it is open to any team that complies with ACF's eligibility rules (i.e. closed collegiate teams). Closed high school teams may not play this mirror.

In addition, to promote a welcoming and inclusive environment all players and staff should familiarize themselves with the 2021 WORKSHOP Code of Conduct (with online-specific protocols adjusted for being in-person), which they must abide by.

Logistics
Due to UGA not letting us register rooms, this tournament will be hosted at the Georgia Tech Instructional Center (759 Ferst Dr, Atlanta, GA 30318). Please do not go to UGA, or I will be very sad. All attendees will be expected to wear a mask throughout the duration of the tournament. More logistical information will be provided closer to the date of the tournament.

Congratulations to Florida (Tracy Mirkin, Leo Law, Leah Honsinger and Graham Cope) for winning ARCADIA after running it back from disadvantage against Georgia Tech A (Hari Parameswaran, Tejas Santanam, Alex Li and Tegan Kapadia)!
