Where are you going to college next year? (2021)

Post by Arras Agility »

Post in this thread if you are a high school senior who has committed to a college: tell us where you're going and how involved you plan to be in college quizbowl, if you know. Do not post in this thread if you have not committed yet; you shouldn't be posting to say that you're choosing between several options.

I will be attending the University of Virginia where I hope to study Global Public Health.

I probably won't play quizbowl but I plan to be involved with logistics on grounds.

I will be attending the University of Minnesota next year to play quizbowl to study (in all probability) philosophy.

If the first sentence of this post did not tip you off, I do plan to stay involved in qb in whatever way I can in the future.

I will be attending UCSD alongside my current Westview A teammates Andrew Jia and Gary Lin (was asked to post for them). All 3 of us intend to be very involved in quizbowl.

I'm heading to Yale, class of 2025, where I'll play some quizbowl, at least for a year... and I'll be reunited with former teammates Matthew Siff and Nathaniel Rosenberg. Very excited!

I'll be attending Yale next fall!! Not sure how committed I will be to quizbowl, but I'll certainly try to make an effort to play at least the coming year. Super stoked though!

"In the absence of kin, family, gender, belonging, language, personhood, property, and official records, among many other factors, what remains is the flesh, the living, speaking, thinking, feeling, and imagining flesh: the ether that holds together the world of Man while at the same time forming the condition of possibility for this world’s demise. It’s the end of the world — don’t you know that yet?” - Alexander Weheliye
