I am in on pizza too Ben, I don't know if I told you already, so please make sure there is enough vegetarian. Also if there is juice instead of pop that would be lovely too but I suppose I can drink sprite if necessary...

Unless I hear otherwise by this afternoon - say, 3 PM - I'll order for 36. Drinks will be cans of Coke, Sprite, and some bottled water.
Hi Ben, I'd like to sign up for pizza too if it isn't too late.

Thanks

I have ordered 4 X-large pepperoni and 5 X-large cheese pizzas with 36 drinks for 12:30 in Mackinnon 117. For those that missed out (or want other options), there is a mall at the intersection of Stone and Edinburgh Roads, which Google Maps says is a 20 minute walk away (or a 5 minute drive).

Separately, I also have schedules and a bunch of scoresheets ready. Surya is bringing plates and napkins and more scoresheets (probably useful for the side events). I believe there are 6 good buzzers (and 2 clunkers) in total, so we should be fine for ANGST and side events.

Finally, in case it wasn't clear earlier, we will meet at 9 AM in Mackinnon 117. I usually enter Mackinnon from the old southwest entrance (near the Greyhound stop and food court), but I'll try to remember to get the other outer doors opened as well. If there are issues Friday night or tournament morning, my cell phone is (613) 355-535-five (you can figure out the last number better than a Google-bot).

There should be enough laptops coming from the Michigan squad to cover the tournament, but having a couple extra wouldn't hurt just in case there are computer problems with some people.

One thing I do ask is that if anyone has a flashdrive lying around, could they bring it, that would be appreciated- just in case we don't have access to the wireless network at Guelph so I can give people the packets.

I will offer to help staff the fine arts side tournament provided I play in the lit side tournament, if anyone is getting that organized ahead of time.

In an effort to clear off my shelves a bit, I am bringing some used book prizes. Apologies in advance to whoever ends up with St. Augustine's Confessions.

NYC site still hasn't gotten the set; if it's been sent out then there has been an error in transmission.

So how did this go? And is the set getting mirrored elsewhere, or will it be posted?

We only just got back from both side events without any access to campus wireless. Stats for the main tournament are here:

Cool, and congratulations to Team Awesome for winning!

Could packet authors be added to the rounds so that we can compare across sites? (Not now, of course, but tomorrow or Monday?)

Looks like I need to work on being less trigger happy with my buzzer.

Anyways, it was a good tournament, props to the organizers.

Also, are the tournament packets gonna be made available here?

I think there may be some future mirrors, but if you message Kurtis, I'm sure he'd be happy to let you have them.

Also, congratulations to Kurtis/Andy who won our VIOLATEDD Mirror. Stats are here: http://results.scobo.net/UMich/VIOLATEDD

Similar kudos to Gautam/Michael/Aaron who won our BELFAST MIrror. Stats are here: http://results.scobo.net/UMich/BELFAST

If anyone has concerns about the stats for the main tournament, I probably won't be able to address them until Monday, but you can make them known in the meantime.

Also, it appears that Andy Saunders spent the day lawn bowling.

This tournament happened, despite all efforts to the contrary, and was a lot of fun. I got to ride Gautam's coattails, and get generally destroyed by Neil. Thanks to Kurtis, Ben, Surya, and everyone else who helped put this on.

All in all, I think the tournament ran smoothly. Thanks to everyone who turned out, and to team awesome for sweeping the swiss.

I've sent out the set to people who have requested it- if I missed you or other people want it, message me or email me and I'll be happy to send it out.

I'm also going to create a discussion forum for this tournament in a little while.

I'd also like to belatedly thank all of the organizers, writers and staff for the tournament. It was a lot of fun, and showed off the skills of everyone involved in making the tournament a success!
