Quality Novice or Frosh/Soph Sets

Post by pblessman »

As I am putting together my season calendar I am lacking new sets appropriate for the Novice or Frosh/Soph level (we'll be playing the four NAQT IS-A sets and the Novice Mirror set...). Are there any other new sets out there which we could use this year?

I don't know about format wise. But if possible, I think some of th VHSL sets are in that difficulty range.

Gov has produced HAVOC for the past two years. Not sure if they're going to continue this year, though.

At this point we don't intend to. We discussed it as a team and have found ourselves too busy. TJ had batted around the idea of writing one for this spring; I've been meaning to get in touch with them privately about this, but I suppose I'll continue forgetting and so I shall say that if this is still intended to happen and TJ folks are interested in advice or collaboration from Gov, feel free to get in touch with me.

From what I've been told (someone correct me if I'm wrong), I don't think TJ's going to write a middle school set.

Yeah confirming this: we're just too busy to write more than NAREN. We're considering writing one next year, though.
