Spring KMO's
I guess we'll be the first school to post our results. We took ours a bit early because we have spring break next week.
Anyway....we got 1762, hoping to defend our fall title

Auburn High School (Riner, VA)
1190 points (our high in three attempts and over 100 point improvement from the fall.) I know it is pitiful compared to many of our peers on this board, but I expect it will be near the nationwide median score. Institutional knowedge of the topics that often come up on the test seems to help a lot... we went through two practice disks and both had questions relating to bauxite... and lo and behold yesterday another bauxite question.
It is interesting to watch the kids work these things out. My favorite expression that I overheard yesterday came from our captain who said
"If they were phlegmatic, that means they were snotty" ...while the logic was not perfect, I found it to be almost LOL funny. BTW we got that question right.
