DCC Fall Middle School Tournament (Dec. 10th-MS-19)

Academic Team Coaches:

It is my pleasure to announce the 4th annual Detroit Catholic Central Fall Middle School Academic Tournament which will be held Saturday, December 10th at Detroit Catholic Central High School’s campus located at 27225 Wixom Road, Novi, MI, 48374.

The tournament will be using the NAQT MS-19 set. The questions are intended for middle school players through grade 8. Each game will feature two halves with ten questions. The top finishers will qualify for the NAQT Middle School National Championship Tournament (MSNCT), on May 12th-13th in Dallas, TX.

The fee structure is as follows:
• $50 cost for the first two teams
• Any additional teams (beyond two) are no cost
• $5 discount per buzzer (limit 2)
• $10 discount for teams travelling 100 miles or more for the tournament (one way)

Registration opens at 8:00 A.M. until 8:30 A.M. followed by a brief meeting for coaches and players. We expect to begin play promptly at 9:00A.M.
