We need at least 20 teams to make a decent amount profit. Our school is charging us a significant amount to host the tournament.

This is sad to see; GPQB could probably help y'all with PR next time if you announce the tournament further in advance. It looks like many teams that would've been closer to this location had already committed to Princeton since that was announced during the summer and a lot of schools need to make plans well in advance.

Did you have any luck with Baltimore area It's Ac teams? There may be some interest in the future of trying to recruit more of those schools to DE and PA tournaments.

We contacted about 40-50 schools in MD, and parts of VA. We did not try DE and PA because of the relatively short notice given by our team.
