Spots at TJ's house written tournament on January 15 are filling up fast. Please email me at jewtemplar at gmail dot com if your team is interested in attending and is absent from this list.
43 teams from Virginia, Maryland, DC, Pennsylvania, North Carolina and Mississippi have registered, and the field will be capped at 64. All are welcome to what is shaping up to be a standout event, but slots are filled on a first come, first served basis.

As of today, there are no remaining spots in the TJIAT to be held on January 15. A list of schools and team numbers is below. Some cancellations this week are inevitable, and there may yet be space available.

Who might be considered the favorites?
I'd say in no particular order: Blake, Gonzaga, Governor's School, Raleigh Charter, Richard Montgomery (althought they wont be bringing a full A team), Eleanor Roosevelt, Georgetown Day School (although they wont be bringing their full A team) and my team. Im not sure how Blair and Centennial will do because they are relatively untested at tournaments, but they could do well. I can't comment on your team because I have never seen you all play.

Format is mACF:
20 10 point tossups with unrelated bonuses. No powers, no bouncebacks, no timing. 5 point negs in effect.

Centennial was playing missing two members of its A team, including the captain. :P It's good to see someone acknowledging our existence.
