I know that Carrboro just announced their tournament for Jan. 19, but we have been trying to secure a location for a High School Celebrity Shoot and only secured it the same day they announced. We're hoping Carrboro has some flexibility...
Anyway, the announcement is for the resurrection of the High School Celebrity Shoot, an individual/team based all-biography tournament. Duke ran this for a long time but it went away; we have permission of the owners to write a set for this year. We have lots of plans to make this a more efficient and satisfying tournament than some past versions.
This is a great tournament for new players.
We will post more information as it comes in and hopefully can resolve this date conflict.
