Full details

Thanks for everyone's patience while we resolved our hotel situation.

If you or your team has reserved rooms at the Hyatt and did not receive the NAQT group rate, please contact me as soon as possible so we can get the rate fixed.

I am working on a system that will allow people to follow HSNCT results and matchups assuming that enough people report scores/results as the event happens.

If anybody is willing to spend many hours in Google Docs during the next few days helping me, please let me know. Let me know the name/email address you use to access Google Docs. If you aren't certain that you want to spend at least a few hours working on this in the next few days, then don't bother.

During the event, it is going to be very helpful if people report whatever results they have, either using a thread I will set up in a few days explaining this project or on twitter using #hsnct.

I am working with NAQT's permission and with their card system and Sunday playoffs.

Unfortunately, my computer skills are limited to, well, not much of anything. But, good luck with helping the rest of us keep posted on what's what in the upcoming tourney!

This is probably the nicest hotel I have ever stayed in.

Seeing as there are still several spots in the field, will NAQT fill them with standby teams to keep a good number?

I can tell you that Columbia is officially registered now. We were the #2 standby team. I assume, therefore, that R. is contacting the other standby teams as well in order to fill the tournament.

Yes. We have added enough standby teams to the field to make 224.

In case anyone is curious, State College won the other game in the advantaged final 320-300.
