Looks like KAAC isn't going to send a team to the HSAPQ All Star tournament. Our coaches have decided that it is in our best interest to only bring two teams.
Sorry the multiple changes in our plans, but this is probably for the best.
We would rather field two competitive teams, than one competitive and two lower level teams.

If you do reschedule, late March would probably work the best for the majority of Kentucky teams.
(Because of JV "State" and KY NAQT being in April)

I don't think we are going to be able to go.
We have had bad weather around here lately, and our coaches don't really want to risk trudging to West Virginia in the snow.
A local tournament is scheduled for that day, so we will probably go to that.

We will definitely consider going next year, though.

Good job to Dunbar and Adair for getting 1st and 2nd at State Beta quizbowl. However, the questions and format was a little odd. Personally, I believed that this set was one of the better ones I have played on.
I preferred the longer tossups greatly to the short, buzzer race prone NAQT IS and A sets.

Really the only packet that Grayson had difficulty issues on was #10.

Oh, that makes the loss a little less daunting.
She and Idrees were good players nonetheless.

I was not especially pleased with our performance as a whole, but was with our PPB.
I am happy to go from having one of the lowest ppb at U of L to having the 5th highest at Wright State.
