There is flexibility on the date, of course. As long as the moderators don't allow discussion of the questions to take place until ever mirror finishes.

Basically what Michael said. Add in the fact that Jeopardy format, for some reason, seems to encourage teams that leave early, and it's a recipe for a fun afternoon.
