I think that clue about Fillmore is fine added information because it's short and comes very early. It's when we get bonus parts like the ones that Henry mentioned where the added information is sprinkled throughout the part and sometimes drowns out the easy clue or information.

I think kind of depends on the tournament--for easier college tournaments, six lines might be fine. However, at regular college difficulty, six lines is very hard to get in good clues and gradate. I have heard from a few people present at this tournament the troubling report that this tournament's director removed a question (blocked off a question on packets) on a current events topic he disapproved of. If this is true, it is inappropriate and pretty stupid. Can anyone confirm this?

My preference would be that when the sets are published, a document containing notable sources is included, rather than list all the sources for each individual question.
