This is still happening. You and Maryland are the only full teams signed up so far, but there are also some free agents who've expressed interest. You have to send us an email to officially register, though.

We have just reached our field cap of 16 teams. Additional teams will be placed on a wait-list for now. Depending on how many staffers we get, we may expand the field at a later date.

I'm pleased to announce that this tournament has been awarded Gold certification from PACE, meaning that the top 20% of the field will qualify for the PACE NSC in Rosemont, IL on June 4-5, 2016. In addition, the top 15% of the field will qualify for the NAQT HSNCT in Dallas, TX on May 28-29, 2016.

As indicated by Emmett's post above, Rutgers University-New Brunswick is hosting a revival of the long-dormant Scarlet Knight Invitational Tournament (SKIT) on Saturday, February 20th using NAQT IS-153A. A full announcement will be posted shortly.

So apparently Lusher Charter School won the New Orleans phase, which means that they now advance to the overall finals in Chicago...which is the same weekend they're registered to play the NSC.

Hopefully they make the right choice.

The location of the tournament has been switched from Murray Hall on College Avenue campus to Hickman Hall on Douglass campus. The original announcement has been updated accordingly.

Bloomfield has added a NAQT tournament on March 7, hopefully they'll be able to follow through this time. Considering what happened the last time Bloomfield hosted a tournament, I'm not sure we should hope for that. Well they're on the schedule. I notice Livingston's tournament wasn't listed on NAQ...
