4 hours a week

1 hour on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and 2 hours on Fridays.

Practice isn't really effective at our school, we just goof around and do speed packets.

I think everyone from last year's ISS team is returning this year, but don't take my word for it

I been lurking the forums for a while, and I thought I sign up.
