I know for a fact we will miss the second bracket because cody wont buzz the tossup on Earnshaw's Theorem because he is so confused that I haven't buzzed already on the tossup on the thing I had never heard of until he insisted that I knew what it was.

I have expanded the field to 18. Further registrations beyond 18 will be welcome, but will be placed on a wait list where they will be added in case of further expansion/drops in the order they register.
