don't get us wrong, we think these NAQT packets are some of the best packets out there. It has a great balance of questions and the power marks are fair.

One of the teams we were supposed to play forfeited, so we were supposed to have played 11 games but we didn't.

Re: 2009 Michigan High School State Championship

Why no individual stats? We only had enough moderators for one per room, and were running a timed tournament. Since keeping track of individuals slows down moderators slightly, we decided to skip keeping track of individuals in favor of getting through more questions. Which I am happy for you doing.

This makes for 28 teams- So I will do 4 brackets of seven teams for the premilinart rounds which makes for 7 guaranteed games, with a cut to a playoff of either 12 or 16 teams (not sure on this yet; I'll know on the day of the tournament). If there are any issues with the field, please let me k...

Yeah, South Bend is only about a 2 hour drive from the Detroit Area.

That is nearly as much time as it takes for going to a tourney in the Lansing Area.

We may be interested.

So, is there like a list that you know of of people who purchased IS-73A, so that there wouldn't seem like instances of cheating? Also, our school would be interested in this tournament, but we aren't 100 percent sure in that we are going. This seems like a tournament that deserves to start out well...

Re: Michigan 08-09

Yeah, DCD does have a chance this year if we actually practice more. The only tournaments in which we had our top three players was in the U of M Spring Classic and NAQT Nats. And at NAQT Nats, we started 5-2, but we lost our last three matches, so we didn't make it to playoffs. Hopefully, we can do...
