Grayson County has gone 2 for 2 on wildcard bids the last couple years, and we've never really had an amazing resume or anything. Just being a solid contender seems to be enough.

If my limited knowledge of Pacific Northwest weather patterns is correct, then it's actually pretty dry in the summertime. It just rains nearly every day for the rest of the year.

Bowling Green only has one Dairy Queen but since we have like 5 Sonics we make up for it and should hold HSNCT at the Holiday Inn here.

Well, so ends the era of Governor's Cup being held in Louisville. KAAC has moved it to Lexington for at least the next 2 years, a decision I'm not sure that I like.

In Kentucky we're supposed to confiscate any phone that goes off during a match. If a student actually uses the phone in some way, then that team has to forfeit the match. The questions (outside of the mathcomp) are longer than two lines, unless KAAC has decided to regress between Region and State. They certainly aren't HSAPQ, but they have enough pyramidality that I think Dunbar will still do well.

I didn't see Apollo in the Pools. Did they lose in their Region? I remember they had some really good players on JV last year and they played us close.
