Single-elimination playoffs with such a good field are usually the quickest way to ensure that every good team is eliminated from the tournament before the finals.

I'm with Guy - TJ would like in on this, too. The funny thing is that no planning is usually required for all of our teams to play each other; in the past we've just ended up playing at all the same tournaments for the most part.

So, I liked most of the tossups at PACE, especially the science. My main pet peeves were with some of the history tossups, such as the now-infamous "son of Godwin" one. In any case, Grover's Algorithm came up at Gaddis, so hearing it again made me smile.

Are these dates fixed in stone already? I believe that Saturday in November is the same weekend as WMHSMUN/VAMUN, two college-hosted Model UN conferences that a lot of people on TJ's It's Ac team go to (myself included, and also one more at least from next year's tentative A team).
