No, they didn't. The other schools in the field (besides the ones mentioned above in the top 16) were Bensalem, Bloomfield, Chatham, Colonia, Great Neck South, Half Hollow Hills West, Lawrenceville, MAST, North Babylon, North Shore, Northern Valley, Pingry, St. Andrew's Epis., Stuyvesant, Tatnall, a...

Re: LIFT IX (10/24/09)

Because of limited personnel, LIFT IX will have a maximum of 48 teams.

I also need some active contact from 3 schools from the field above to determine your status: Hunter, Seton Hall and White Plains.

Edit: ....or not.

Hi. Since it has remained open, would you guys be willing to put LIFT IX (Kellenberg MHS, Uniondale, NY) down for 10/24? I know it is a bit of a trip, but since we come down to you guys, maybe some of you might be willing to make the trip. We are using NAQT IS-88.

In your "Just Misses" list, you have Flushing (NY). I'm pretty sure I know most of the teams from NY, especially the southeast corner, and I have never heard of them as an active QB team. Sure you didn't mean this team: http://www.naqt.com/stats/school.jsp?org_id=58017 ?

When exactly should an "advantaged final" be used? For instance, Saturday at MITBAT, HHHW finished the (Swiss Pairs) 6 round Preliminaries with the only perfect record of 6-0. Kellenberg A (5-1) was one of the teams they beat. The top 6 teams were then moved into a Playoff round robin. Kellenberg A ...
