One of the biggest problems I saw with this set was the general lack of answer line instructions for a lot of the tossups--the UCSD site had a shortage of experienced moderators, and it was worrying to see tossups that said "..._Mobutu_" but did not include something like (accept "..._Sese Seko_..."...

It might not be the best idea to have both the Arcadia tournaments as NAQT-IS. UCLA is possibly also looking into using an IS-set for their potential revival of TWAIN, and it's hard to justify having three of the five sets in the LA area.
