I wish at the end of the question, you had slightly more time to type a response. There have been a few times where I didn't realize for a second that the question had ended (admittedly this is harder to determine in a music listening format) and had to hastily type a response.

For stat purposes, I only played 2 prelim games (I did play 3, but one of them was the crossover game where stats aren't registered). I also only really played .25 of one of those games, but that might not be able to be registered.

I should clarify that while I'm not a fan of a lot of this tournament's decisions, I think it's worth a shot to see if this experimentation can help improve the quality of trash tournaments.

I think that IS true about how a lot of trash questions are written, but not all, and it's entirely possible not to write them that way. You could write a very fine De Niro tossup just cluing, say, Taxi Driver and Goodfellas. In fact, that's probably going to be better than a catch-all De Niro tossu...

Yeah, I think that if things persist past the summer, Harris is right that online tournaments need to be more closed (schools only) and regional (different mirrors for west/east coast) to better help what can be done in terms of running tournaments and recruitment.
