Re: Kentucky 09-10

Grayson County's tournament may get reborn this spring. Right now we're hoping to host a late spring tournament, and we'd like to gauge interest among teams in Kentucky. We are very heavily considering to bid to be the KY mirror of San Diego's Nationals Warmup/Season Ender tournament. But before we ...

Re: Kentucky 09-10

Well, I'm glad I didn't go watch that. Any tournament where our B team finishes above our A team is obviously ridiculous. And to put 3 of the best teams there in one pool seems very stupid. The Russell tournament is on February 27th, the week after regionals. It's the qualifier for NAC for the states of Kentucky and West Virginia. Chip is doing these all over the country, which is quite troubling in my opinion. Why Russell would agree to host the local :chip: -a-palooza is beyond me. I...

I don't think :chip: offers anything beneficial in regards to State. It's run on a format dramatically different than Governor's Cup, and KAAC has better questions than QU. Re: List places you'd like to see the 2011 HSNCT

As such, the question is where NAQT thinks that it can recruit the best "mid-to-bottom-level" "local" teams. Illinois' participation in HSNCT has spiked since NAQT moved the tournament to Chicago. Plenty of Texas/Oklahoma teams showed up to the two Texas HSNCTs, and the Atlanta/Myrtle Beach HSNCTs ...

Cincinatti's airport is in Northern Kentucky, which might present a bit of a problem for the Queen City's chances. If you wanted to do HSNCT in the Cincy area, it might actually be more advantageous to look into the south side of the river.

There are three basic questions that need to be answered from within HSAPQ:

1) Who isn't doing their job?
2) Why aren't they doing their job?
3) Does the comany have a position or policy to ensure people have the ability to, and actually will do their job? If not, why not?
