One thing I haven't seen mentioned yet that is going to impact if Kentucky hosts is the availability of staff. One outreachy thing someone should do is come up with a list of ex-players and other well-wishers who can be called upon for staffing. Programs have their own networks, but it would be nice to have something more broadly available, especially for new teams without a big alumni pool.
