Blacksburg High School is planning to run an invitational on either HSAPQ or NAQT questions on January 12. I do note the potential conflict between the New Kent/Freeman date and ours, but I feel that the circuits are distinct enough that it shouldn't make a big difference to either of us.

I think that playoff room assignments should be done ahead of time and published on a bracket for the teams, so that teams can determine from the bracket where to go next. The room assignments could be determined before you even have teams registered if you know the facility you are going to be work...

Do schools know their own NAQT ID numbers? Could this be a line added to registration forms? Is it too much to ask tournament directors to look up ID numbers and include them in their statistical output?

Virginia requires coaches to attend a "rules clinic" each year, which is the closest thing we have to a coaches conference or state meeting. Historically they were held regionally. I heard that Parry McCluer won the Pioneer; but I don't know who the 2nd Pioneer team is. Region C was scheduled for yesterday, but I imagine that it has been postponed due to the weather this weekend.

Thanks for the updates: I was finally able to edit the entry I posted earlier this year (before my transfer caused the end of the EQuInE III). A nice feature would be a delete this entry button, for cases where a tournament is cancelled.
