I think this further proves Justine's point because, despite their hard work, it took them so long to get to this upper echelon of play. If your team members are not dedicated, I honestly found that just delivering the hammer was the only way to get things done, and I ended up kicking out half the team last year due to how little they seemed to care and after months of consistent lackadaisical behavior. this strikes me as a bad idea
