Re: So You Want To Write A Tournament
I would recommend against one person writing a set and selling it without somebody editing, proofreading, or playtesting. I would also recommend against 2-3 people with very little to no combined experience deciding that they want to produce a set. That being said, one of the few pieces of Eric's a...

Re: Why College Recruiting Fails (2 of 3)
I want to add my two cents coming from a club at a small college that had a lot of challenges with recruiting. I agree with most of what Kevin has said here -- a defining part of the club at Bowdoin was that other team members had greater priorities, and it was difficult to get the same team members...

Are the NHBB High School 2020 Nationals still being held (online) in December? There is a schedule up on the History Bowl website but I don't think there has been an official announcement. Yes, that is the plan. Don't know much about the schedule but I assume the one on the website would be accurate.

Is ACF planning on being stringent with what site teams can sign up for? I understand that hosts in New England are hard to come by, but it's a little odd that the Upper Mid-Atlantic host (NYU) would, under in-person circumstances, be a shorter trip for us than the New England host (Stony Brook).

Justine, with regards to the RAFT mirror, I mostly priced it off of the other online mirrors, but I think that trying to get as close as possible to a real tournament experience, on a good question set, can justify the expense.
