This problem is endemic to questions that ask you to "name this thing/phenomenon named for another thing," which is in itself a bad quizbowl writing convention that should stop.

Please post any errata you came across in the set here. The set was not copy edited very well, so I'd imagine there's a fair deal. We also plan on re-packetizing at some point because that was apparently an issue.
