This may have been brought up, but in the future, the buzzers need to actually be checked to see if they work. Multiple times throughout the 2 days I ended up playing slap bowl because nobody had bothered to see if the all the buzzers actually worked before they set them up. It's a small criticism,...

I am not totally convinced that moving to a 3-day schedule would benefit. Teachers and students and teachers should not have to miss more than one day of school for travel, especially close to AP and IB exams, graduation, finals, etc. The bowl can happen in one day with very careful planning. If all...

Does the language of an opera really need to be disguised until later in a question? It's not like knowing that the opera is in Italian or French is going to give anything away, since there are hundreds of each to choose from.

Also, at least one school has spring break every week of march, so the 27th-28th would likely conflict with at least one team.
I voted for January, because I think it is not worth the trouble to organize a team over the summer (also, it can be very difficult to get school funding).

I am interested to hear how the selection pans out. The problem with QB in Oklahoma is that sets have to be challenging enough to encourage school like Booker T, Jenks, and Edmond while still being accessible to hillbilly schools who also play (of which there are surprisingly many).
